I cannot get enough of Renew Beauty and more specifically the amount of attention their entire staff gives you as soon as you walk in. Everyone is so friendly as well as knowledgable and really keep you informed about any services you may want to try! I don’t live in Dallas anymore, but hopping on a plane this weekend just to get some touch ups from the master of natural lips, Heather! She has been doing my lips since last year, and really has gotten my shape and volume to be exactly where I want it to be. She’s amazing, professional and also makes sure you have all the information to decide how much filler or how many units of Botox you need. It is never an upsell, all of the staff have your best interest and are so excited for you to put your best face forward! That being said, Renew beauty: I’m a lifer. The esthetician I'd been seeing at my dermatologist's office recently moved and I decided to give Renew a shot yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised. I've had countless HydraFacials over the last few years, but Kalyn at Renew really blew me away. She paid extra attention to my problem areas and used the machine in ways I've never experienced before. It turns out Renew has a rep from the maker of HydraFacial come in monthly to make sure everyone knows how the use the machine to it's fullest capabilities. I've already made my next HydraFacial appointment with Kalyn and am looking forward to trying other treatments there in the near future. More

The most welcoming team was both accommodating and thoughtful in their approach to what would be best for my skin in order to achieve glowing results. I was so pleasantly surprised by the kindness and professionalism displayed upon my visit to the Renew Spat on 11-25-19!!!I’ve had some work done in the past and experienced some facial pain but with the numbing gel and precautions taken at Renew I felt nothing. I was treated so gently and told exactly what was going to be done prior to any little pokes. The nurse practitioner was amazing. The owner Louise is a great businesswoman and is a handsome worker. This Med spa is hands down the best I’ve been to in years. The customer service is superb and it starts from the top down.The owner is extremely friendly and involved. She found out I was getting married and truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and taken care of before my big day. She gave me an incredible rate on a facial (by Sunny - she’s phenomenal- 30 years in the business and explains every step) botox, lips, (with Kashia- her touch is flawless) the works and even gave me a present though I’ve only been going there for less than a month. She always made sure I was happy with the results and I was taken care of. The entire team is extremely knowledgeable. I’ve been to many many Med spas around Dallas, but I can tell you, I will be a loyal lifetime customer to this one and I can’t say that for any place else I’ve ever been! Mia is truly a facial and skincare guru! Upon my first time to Renew I was not only treated kindly and professionally by front office staff, but I immediately felt at ease when Mia took me back to the treatment room for my very first facial. She discussed with me all of my concerns, what to expect, and how to properly care for my skin. I am in my late 20’s and I’m late to the skincare game. The hydrafacial that I received was not only the most relaxing experience that I’ve ever received, but it was also the most cared for I’ve felt in a long time. After the facial was over, Mia suggested products that my skin would benefit from and helped me book my second appointment. The skeptic in me figured that my stellar experience was simply because I was a new patient but that was not the case. My second facial a month later with Mia was EVEN better. Carly is a true angel and a beauty with brains! I also purchase medical grade skin care that they carry. I have met the owner and have enjoyed speaking and interacting with her and her staff. They are all very personable and extremely helpful in suggesting ways to achieve your personal goal. I feel very comfortable and welcome every time I visit there. I recently moved to Dallas after living in L.A. and have visited various Med Spas in the Valley and Beverly Hills. TRUST THE PROCESS. I cannot stress this enough, and I should’ve constantly told myself that. Heather was my injector, I did the Tear Through fillers for my under eyes. First week I was bruised up second week it looked a little different but 3/4 weeks later wow! They look amazing !I called her because I felt like they did not work, especially for an expensive service, I can literally shook anyone. But nope I gave it more time and my undereyes look amazing . I have been interested in Botox for years as I am a very expressive person and have areas on my face of my own insecurity, but I haven’t been presented with the right timing until now. My younger sister, Chelsea, works at Renew Beauty and set me up with an appointment while I was in town from North Carolina fleeing from Hurricane Florence. I am a Dallas native, but my husband is active duty military and we just had our first baby after 9 years together. My sister insisted on my “Mommy Makeover” treatment so that even with little sleep or time for myself, I could still feel my best. I am a registered dental hygienist and take the medical field and knowledge of new standards of care very seriously. I pride myself on my knowledge and customer service within my industry... so naturally, I look for the same in others. At Renew Beauty, they are top quality RNs that know what they are doing and deliver amazing service! I was eloquently educated in the areas I had questions on and the bedside manner was spectacular. Natasha was my Nurse Injector and I am amazed at the results I have had in just over a week. She was a joy to meet and made the process very painless and enjoyable. Sivan got me right! I came in to get a touch up on previous lip filler done by a plastic surgeon at an unrelated location. Sivan suggested that I dissolve all of my current filler and start all over. We agreed that the 10+ years of accumulated filler was lumpy, overdone and made the area above my lips look puffy. I totally agreed, but was terrified about being without filler (even if it's for a short time before I got it redone). Sivan injected the dissolver and I could already see the filler being absorbed. Since I had so much filler, I had to come back for a second dissolving session. Even though the dissolving process was a little uncomfortable, which is to be expected, it was completely worth it. I returned 3 days later to get my lips re-injected with Juvederm. Sivan's technique gave me the shape I've always strived for. Besides being great at her art, Sivan is super friendly and laid back. I will definitely be back. More

Can I possibly give these ladies 10 stars, please? I fly in from out of state about every month or so to visit my sweetheart and wanted to feel like I could bring in the new year with a more refreshed look so I contacted a few places in Highland Park(none are open on Sundays) and used Google to luckily find Renew conveniently in Northpark Mall (Valentino AND a fresh face...perfect!) I am very glad that I chose wisely. From the moment that I called and spoke with the owner to schedule an appointment to the moment I left, I felt secure in my choice. I had a fabulous experience with Natasha. I am an NP as is she also a nurse (NINE years injecting experience!!) and she is very passionate about how she makes women feel and she’s a sweet soul that truly loves her craft! We did just a little line correction with Botox and the welts were extremely minimal, no pain or even pinching, and truly a divine experience. The price point per unit is VERY low compared to where I live and for the service and personal attention, I was blown away! She uses a 1:1 ratio which is PERFECT! Your face doesn’t look like you got stung by bees and it’s not inflated with a load of saline. Literally, a perfect pick me up and we were heading to NYE dinner!! She’s a master with a magic wand of youth! Just look at her skin...flawless!In just a few hours, I could see a relaxation of the lines on my forehead and between my brows; yet I still have natural movement. Today is day two and I look like I’m in my twenties again! Every interaction I’ve had has been kind and warm. I went in as a walk in and was serviced immediately! My face was bright red and burning before I went due to over exfoliating and using the wrong skincare to dry out my skin. My face was literally hot to touch!! Renaida Luna showed me the appropriate products to use for my sensitive skin as well as gave me a calming facial. She also knew I had a small budget being an entry sales associate. They do have affordable products! Make sure to ask for Renaida, she knows her stuff. My face calmed down within 24 hours with all of her advice. All of the staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable in my most “ugliest” of times. They are literally a life saver. This is a great spa! I am a normal 47 year old woman; not rich. I started going to Renew for botox on a groupon. Like a lot of you I searched for the best deal but after going to Renew Beauty and then some other places, I decided Renew was for me. Quality, consistent, friendly. I appreciate that they know "ME" and treat me as well as understand my life and my individual needs. I never feel like a number (or a dollar)! The staff is exceptional. Since I started botox at Renew, I started Ilipo and Vela. I have to say that their staff defiantly guided me down the right path. Vela has made my cottage cheese thighs significantly better and the Ilipo has done amazing things for my mid-section. I have seen 3 different technicians and they were all wonderful. The manager is great and they always accommodate my changing schedule... I can't afford to spend my money unwisely... This spa is great! More

Renew Beauty Spa is top notch for laser hair removal. I decided to try it with a Group-On. I have had awesome results. Great laser technicians who are patient, thorough and get serious results. I was also introduced to two face serums that have completely transformed my skin. A quality place. I've had laser treatments before and did not get the results that I received here. More

I love this place. So far I have had 3 laser treatments and the result is great. In the past there has been a concern in treating those with pigmented skin types. However, Renew Beauty have invested in lasers that are fit for all. Weekend appointments are hard to come by so book early. They frequently run Groupon specials for different services and I've taken advantage of their spa package and mani/pedi deals in addition to the laser hair removal. I will definitely purchase additional laser hair removal packages in my new quest to become nearly hairless. It's so easy...why not? Well, there is pain, but I use prescription Lidocaine ointment and it is so much more tolerable (despite their website's claim of "cool tips"). Despite the discomfort, the end result is amazing and well worth it!!! More

I have been going to Renew Beauty for three months for LASER HAIR REMOVAL with Cristina. First let me say that I have had treatments other places with a very similar laser and didnt have much results. I suffer from PCOS so my hair problem is saddening....Ive had three treatments on my under arms and face the hair under my arms isnt really growing at all and my face feels smoother then ever. Not to mention the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I will be doing more services here More

I got a VI PEEL a few days ago. My 2 of my greatest concern was - the lady who worked on me - I will not name her because this post is not to shame anyone but it's of my experience. I was under the impression & believed gloves were worn to protect the client in addition to the doctor -nurse -aesthetician. VI PEEL is supposed to be pretty strong so- the lady left to get the fan for my comfort- gloves on- leaves room touches bunch of door knobs- holds fan which I know is not clean- comes back- NEVER changes gloves & proceeds with my service. Like seriously- I was SO SHOCKED I could not even speak up to ask her to change her gloves. She worked on my face with same gloves as I observed her like a hawk so I am not making this up. Anyway- in any other place if a Dr or PA does CO2 laser or high end peel - the Dr does not expect a tip- I compensated this woman for the hr/time she spent with me- as I am sorry an 18% tip is not in order for a 350$ peel especially when there is no clean glove protocol. The woman I checked out with tried to shame me- "is this correct at the amount after the tip" ummmn Yes it is. Overall this place is OK- I was not impressed by my experience More

While I loved my esthetician and all of the staff, I just didn't get the results that I expected from the procedures. There was barely any change to the scarring on my face. I was expecting far more. Quite disappointdisin the results. More

I have been to Renew twice, for Botox with Kelly one Saturday and then for lip filler the following Saturday with Nicole. For both services I am going to have to go back this weekend for touch ups. One side of my crows feet Botox did not fully eliminate the wrinkles (not enough was used). My bottom lip is also lop sided with more filler on the left side than the right.While I was there last I had to wait 2 hours for a 12pm appointment time before I was seen. When I made the appointment for lips I requested someone that was great with filler and when I checked in for my appointment they changed who I was with to someone that was supposed to be the best at filler, but that was what I had originally requested at the front desk when I initially made the appointment. They were very apologetic about making me wait so long and frequently checked on me while I was numbing, but I had other things I needed to do on a Saturday that I had to delay or cancel because they made me wait so long. For that inconvenience I should have been offered a considerable discount or something along those lines to make up for it. I really like that they have weekend availability because I work long hours during the week, but if they don't do a good job with my touch ups I won't be going back. More

Every time I have to wait for the one manager to come to my rescue and validate my claim that I do not need to complete the new client package again.Otherwise the only other issue is the constant obvious attempts at upwelling services and pushing purchase of supplements from them. The supplement markup on the 12 products that have been recommended to me is about 115% of the exact same product on Amazon. That practice leads the consumer to question the integrity of the entire practice with respect to overall priorities with respect to gross margin on product sales vs best interest of client. More

They charge for Botox touch ups ... but their other services are great. Very convenient location and scheduling. Just don’t go above 30 units in case they miss a spot. More

Firstly, front staff was super friendly upon my appointment arrival and previously when I popped in asking about services. I’ve read reviews about unfriendly front staff but I personally found them all lovely! However, my experience with my injector (Allison) was sadly unpleasant. She was 1.5 hours late (this was after the 30 min lip numb), she walked in without a smile, without an introduction, and did not do any sort on consult with me. I asked if it’s typical to be behind schedule this much and she seemed annoyed with the question. Personally, I have a busy schedule and can’t afford to sit and waste 2 hours of time. She was rude with her response. I did show her a picture of my result from the only other time I had my lips done (4 years ago) and she said ok. I think that was her “consultation.” Personally, I wanted to ask about other types of fillers but she abruptly just wanted to start injecting. I should have been more vocal about asking my questions - so that’s on me! She did not talk her way through the process (i.e. I’m moving into the Cupid’s Bow region so you might feel more discomfort) and she (Allison) was not gentle at all. She was just rude from start to finish. My end result was still quite pretty, BUT will I use her again? Definitely NO! No one deserves to be treated rudely and no one wants a rough injector when others are available to do the job just as good, gentle and will let you know they are moving into more sensitive areas instead of just roughing jamming a needle into the most sensitive areas. Will I use the spa again - YES! just a different person. I came into contact with about 5 different employees during my appt and they were all kind, friendly and informative. Allison was a definite no for me. But like I said, the end result was still pretty and my lips are lovely. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I won’t try her again to find out. More
